November and December have become Core Sound's Season to bring together the best of our communities in the spirit of Christmas and the love for waterfowling, Down East's "biggest weekend" is now a homecoming that draws thousands of friends and family to "the end of the road" to buy, sell, swap - and EXPERIENCE Core Sound's living heritage that has sustained these communities for generations.

Core Sound Old-Time Stews & Chowders

Join us to kick-off Waterfowl Weekend on Friday Evening, December 5th.

Each ticket includes four cups of your choice. Starting at 5:30pm, food will be served amidst the Christmas lights on the Museum grounds Friday night.

Cooks from Down East and neighboring communities will bring several different recipes of stewed shrimp, clam chowder, seafood chowder, cornbread and more!
