6:30pm DOWN EAST Community Roundtable
Hosted by Carteret County Emergency Services in collaboration with DERN's storm preparation committee, topics will include pre/post storm communications, pre0storm planning, potential road closures, power outages, evacuation and re-entry procedures, and other challenges specific to Down East.
Fire departments, churches and community leaders who were actively involved in the days and weeks after Florence are very much welcome to share lessons learned.
