The Core Sound Waterfowl Museum & Heritage Center will again accept entries for exhibition at the Museum for our 2026 Waterfowl Weekend (December 4-6). We ask all exhibitors to submit a completed application WITH PAYMENT and UPDATED photos/slides postmarked by October 12, 2026.  Confirmation will be emailed to you by October 26, 2026.

Relevance to the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum & Heritage Center’s mission will still be enforced – even with the outside venue. Exhibitors MUST represent the “best of the best” in carving, art and model boatbuilding in keeping with our museum’s work and the local region.

Entry fees will be $60 per space for museum members, $85 for non-members (which will include an annual membership).

All exhibitors will be located in the front parking lots. Tailgating space will be approximately 10 x 12’.  We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maximize space for everyone. If you have questions, please call (252.728.1500).

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS:

We will be advertising online, working social media, creating special features in area publications and purchasing paid advertising to spread the news that Waterfowl Weekend IS happening and YOU will be here. To be part of these promotions, please email the following to museum@coresound.com with your name as the subject line:
- A brief biographical summary and a selection of quality photographs representative of your work. (An online link to websites, facebook pages, feature stories are welcome.)
If you are returning exhibitor, please send new photos, fb links, webpage information.  We are all dependent on one another to get the word out!
