Just wanted you all to know that the Waterfowl weekend was wonderful and the building is awesome! I knew it was under construction but had not seen it until last weekend. I am a contributer, and have been for two years. What a wonderful asset for Harker's Island and Carteret County. We have a house at Harker's Point and have really enjoyed the community. Is the building available for rent for gatherings such as a wedding reception?

It was recently I found out there was a Harkers Island. My Grandfather spent much of his time researching our families past. I stopped here on my way looking for history of the island. I, without a doubt intend to visit in the future. Thank you very much
